White & Case elevates meetings with CANVAS at Quorum NY!
Our CANVAS Platform is powering Quorum, an entire new floor dedicated to hybrid meetings and events at the New York headquarters of global law firm White & Case.
Located in midtown Manhattan, this state-of-the-art grand hall is primarily used by White & Case for holding global meetings with in-person and virtual participants attending from their offices worldwide.
The hall’s forward thinking design is powered by CANVAS software, opening the door to exciting and engaging hybrid immersive experiences. In-person attendees are enfolded by a massive U-shaped LED wall (160-ft-long 40K resolution), enabling them to engage with all manner of digital content and virtual participants. Virtual attendees joining the meeting via Zoom or Teams can appear on-screen in flexible and creative compositions inside a virtual space. Everything from responsive emojis to chat messages and live media presentations can be added – in real time – to this virtual space.
The Grand Hall Forum is also be available for rent for groups and organizations looking to host hybrid immersive events like corporate town halls, user conferences and holiday parties. Events can be fully turnkey, with hospitality firm Convene providing all services and operating the CANVAS platform on the client’s behalf. The Grand Hall was inaugurated on December 7th 2023 and is already booked by top 10 companies.
